Erica Kontos Honored by Cyprus-U.S. Chamber of Commerce
The Lampousa Society is proud to share that Erica Kontos was recently honored by the Cyprus-U.S. Chamber of Commerce during their 28th Annual Distinguished Merit Award Gala on May 7, 2026, at the Chiotes Hall, in New York City.
Erica was presented with the "Cypriot Young Professionals Award," a distinction recognizing her leadership and professional achievements.
The Lampousa Society takes special pride in this achievement as it honors a Cypriot multi-generational legacy: Erica is the daughter of Steve Kontos and the granddaughter of Lampousa’s late past president, Evripides Kontos. Seeing the descendants of our community leaders flourish and carry forward the spirit of our heritage is a testament to the strength of our roots.
